At YINA, we offer complimentary free shipping & handling on domestic U.S. orders overΒ $80.

Orders are processed and shippedΒ within 1-2 business days. We cannot guarantee date of arrival with our free shipping option and orders typically take 3-10 business days to arrive once processed and shipped.Β  Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take a few extra days for package to arrive. EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We offer UPS 2nd Day Air for expedited shipping. Orders must be placed byΒ 11AM EST for same-day processing.Β  Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

**Β WeΒ provide complimentary standard international shipping for orders over $300.Β  Orders under $300 shipping will be calculated at checkout and depending on the destination country, rates and carriers will be different.Β 

International shipping outside of the U.S. may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees, depending on destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. Β If the shipment is refused, the purchaser is responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise credit.Β Shopify MarketsProΒ willΒ assist inΒ calculating taxes, duties and fees prior to checkout.Β

    RETURN POLICY

    At YINA we are genuinely committed to your satisfaction. We take great care to select the safest ingredients for our in-house formulations and craft our products with stringent quality control standards.

    We will gladly replace or issue credit for any damaged, defective, or unused product within 14 days after delivery, less costs of shipping + handling; no full refunds will be granted. Due to the purity of the ingredients used, we cannot accept any opened items. Therefore, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

    No returns or credits will be granted after the 14 days of delivery and YINA cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior email communication.

    Please note, due to the nature of raw ingredients, there may be slight variations between batches of products. While we try to create our products to fit a wide range of different skin profiles, everyone’s skin is unique. We offer mini sizes for purchase and we encourage you to contact us for recommendations.
