How do I access my account dashboard?
Simply log into your YINA account linked to the same email address used for purchase and click on "My Membership." If you don't have an existing account, you can create one here. Note: you should sign up with the same email address at checkout. Please reach out to concierge (members@yina.co) if this issue continues to persist.
How do I access my benefits once I've signed up?
Sign up or log in through the account page using the same email address at checkout. Once you’ve signed in, your dashboard will have all the information you need to redeem your gifts, discounts, benefits, etc.
How do I redeem my seasonal gift?
Once you're signed in to your account, you can add your gift to your order. Each season, we will offer members a new gift with purchase. You can only redeem your gift once until our next seasonal gift offering. Remember to be logged into your account.
How do I receive my 20% off gifts and sets?
Members have an exclusive 20% off code tied to your membership account. Find the code in your account dashboard or email. Use it during checkout to apply the discount to eligible products.
Is the membership fee a recurring charge?
Yes. Members pay $98 once a year to access all membership benefits. If you do not cancel upon the end of the first year, the cycle will automatically renew and you will be charged again.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can manage your membership in your membership dashboard. There are no termination fees or hidden costs to cancel, but we do not provide refunds or credits, including partially used periods. Your membership benefit and perks are valid for the paid billing period.

Are your products safe for pregnancy?
All of our products are formulated in concentrations that are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We do recommend that you speak with your doctor if you have concerns before using any of our products.
I have sensitive skin, can I use your products?
We take utmost care to exclude ingredients that can cause skin irritations. However, skin sensitivities vary with each person; if you have sensitive skin, we encourage you to conduct a patch test overnight. We recommend that you consult with your dermatologist if you have particular concerns before using any of our products.
Where are your ingredients from?
We source our ingredients from responsible vendors/farmers all over the world including Japan, China, Europe and the US. We select organic and wildcrafted ingredients whenever possible.
I noticed that you use herbs from China, are they safe?
The Chinese herbs we select and use are of the highest grade possible. All herbs have gone through and passed stringent tests to ensure they are free of pesticides, sulphur, preservatives and heavy metals.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf left of 12 months unopened and 3-6 months if opened. Due to the natural characteristics of our formulas, they may be affected by exposure to the elements. In the rare instance you detect an unusual color/smell/texture when your YINA product first arrives, please contact us within seven days and we will be happy to replace it.
How to properly store your products?
Please store your YINA products in a cool, dark place away from humidity and fluctuating climate conditions.
How to use the products?
Our skin- and body-care products are for external use only. If you experience any irritation as a result of using our products, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
The YINA team utilizes our knowledge in therapeutic properties for all ingredients and botanicals to create our custom formulations. We proactively review emerging research and utilize historical knowledge on the properties and usage of botanicals from pharmacopeias around the world. However, please be aware that any and all statements on our website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Therefore, all information on the Site, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any diseases.
Are the sizes TSA friendly?
Yes they are! We specifically chose our packaging with travel in mind.
Why do you not include a sunscreen?
At this time, a YINA sunscreen is in R&D process.
