Apply the Botanical Serum to the face on cleansed skin. With light pressure, scrape from the inside outward. Focus on areas that may hold extra tightness like the eyebrows, cheeks and jaws.
BODY GUA SHA
Apply the Recovery Body Treatment to the body. With medium to firm pressure, massage areas that need attention and care. You'll notice a red flush on the skin after scraping β this is normal! This means you're bringing circulation and new blood cells to the area.
Pro Tip: Hold your stone at a 45 degree angle and scrape in a unilateral direction. Avoid boney areas.

Ive ordered the kit for myself as Ive always had an interest. I know that the stone can be pretty expensive and finding a reputable source was important. I took a chance on Yinas gift set and Im learning how to use it through the pamphlet and video,
I use it for better circulation and reduce tightness of neck and shoulders.
Still learning the ropes but I did find some relief using the stone with the guidance of the enclosed pamphlet.

I finally understand the hype. And I'm so surprised at how the body balm leaves my skin smooth and not sticky or oily at all (even in a tropical country!). The gua sha itself feels great, though I have no point of reference but I do feel it is grounding somehow.
