Lion's Mane Mushroom Sipping Broth
Try this savory broth to boost memory and well-being.
- 5g dried lion's mane mushrooms
- 5-6 shiitake mushrooms
- 2 carrots
- 5 celery ribs
- 1/2 onions
- 5 small slices of ginger
- 1 leek
Soak mushrooms in water for 15-30 minutes to rehydrate. Rinse everything and place in a pot with purified water (or chicken bone broth) to cover all ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover and gently simmer for 30-45 minutes to optimally extract the beneficial compounds. Strain and enjoy. Add salt to taste.
May be placed in a slow cooker for 4 to 8 hours.
