Anyone else currently experiencing blurry vision, eye dryness, redness, or itchiness? Here’s an easy Gua Sha massage ritual targeting the surrounding acupressure points to help. This also promotes lymphatic drainage which reduces puffiness and wakes up up tired eyes.
Using very light pressure, gently stimulate each point for 30 seconds. Repeat 3-5x on both eyes. Remember to apply oil or cream to help the gua sha stone glide smoothly.

Gua Sha (刮痧) is an ancient healing technique that’s been used for centuries in Chinese medicine and many Asian cultures. The original practice was used on the body, usually the neck and back, to treat tension, headaches, fevers, heat stroke, nausea, and many more.
Gua (刮) = to scrape
Sha (痧) = petechia (the small red or purple spots)
Petechiae forms via the scraping motion, releasing and dispelling heat and toxins from the body.

This is my first bian stone gua sha tool. There is enough weight to exert a little pressure while scraping yet light enough to control the pressure against the skin. It's comfortable to be held in either hand and glide smoothly when the skin is oiled properly.
