Anyone else currently experiencing blurry vision, eye dryness, redness, or itchiness? Here’s an easy Gua Sha massage ritual targeting the surrounding acupressure points to help. This also promotes lymphatic drainage which reduces puffiness and wakes up up tired eyes.
Using very light pressure, gently stimulate each point for 30 seconds. Repeat 3-5x on both eyes. Remember to apply oil or cream to help the gua sha stone glide smoothly.

Gua Sha (刮痧) is an ancient healing technique that’s been used for centuries in Chinese medicine and many Asian cultures. The original practice was used on the body, usually the neck and back, to treat tension, headaches, fevers, heat stroke, nausea, and many more.
Gua (刮) = to scrape
Sha (痧) = petechia (the small red or purple spots)
Petechiae forms via the scraping motion, releasing and dispelling heat and toxins from the body.

This is my second jar! I didn't think I would like it so much but I think it really does help my neck and chest area. I put it on at night after I shower and I free more refreshed after I wake up. I like the subtle fragrance as well! It's not overwhelming.

I absolutely love my Bian Stone Guasha from Yina! The craftsmanship is beautiful, and you can tell a lot of care went into making it. The stone feels smooth, substantial, and very comfortable to hold.
I’ve been using it regularly for facial and neck gua sha, and it glides effortlessly on the skin. It has become one of my favorite self-care rituals. The shape is thoughtfully designed and works well for different areas of the face and body.
I used the original hydracloud cream and it was the best moisturized I've ever used, was I was pretty bummed when it was sold out. As soon as this new version was released I purchased it immediately and am in love. It smells incredible and leaves my skin feeling so soft. A staple in my daily routine!

I use the lip treatment overnight to keep my lips moisturized the whole night, and I can also use it during the day as a lip gloss. It doesn’t make my lips feel too greasy either.
I applied this after my chiropractic adjustment because the chiropractor said I needed an ice pack, otherwise the area might bruise the next day. The following day I had no bruising at all. I think the treatment ointment together with the guasha tool really did the trick.
