YINA VIRTUAL GIFT CARDS– are sold subject to the following terms of use. By purchasing, accepting or using YINA Gift Cards, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase, use or accept YINA Virtual Gift Cards. All terms enforced except where prohibited by law.
No fees are imposed on YINA Virtual Gift Cards and they do not expire. Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on www.YINA.co
Gift Cards are non-transferable, and cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash (except as required by law).
If the total value of your order is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on your Virtual Gift Card and can be redeemed against subsequent orders.
Balance information may not reflect recent purchases.
If your order amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you must pay for the amount in excess with a valid form of payment.
Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient after the full order has been processed and payment has cleared.
YINA is not responsible if a Virtual Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, used without permission or delivered to an incorrect or non-existent address.
YINA is not responsible for any delays or failures to deliver a Virtual Gift Card caused by reasons beyond our control. Lost, stolen or destroyed Virtual Gift Cards will not be replaced.
YINA reserves the right to cancel or refuse to honor a Virtual Gift Card if we deem such action necessary in our reasonable discretion.
Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Virtual Gift Cards, except where otherwise expressly noted by YINA.
Sales tax and shipping are applicable on products purchased with a Gift Card.
YINA reserves the right to change these terms from time to time subject to our discretion, which changes we may provide to you by any reasonable means, including without limitation, by posting the revised version on www.YINA.co.
