How To Use

Massage all over your body — arms, shoulders, torso, hips and legs. Start with a small amount and apply another layer as needed.

Take the Bian Gua Sha tool and massage areas that need attention and care with medium to firm pressure. Hold your stone at a 45 degree angle and scrape in a unilateral direction. Avoid boney areas.
