RECIPE
Try this Chinese medicine tea to boost skin hydration and elevate your mood. Tastes subtly sweet and nourishing.
* 3g rosebuds
* 5g goji berries
* 2 jujube red dates
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add in the jujube and gently simmer for 15 minutes to infuse and extract. Turn off heat and add goji berries and rose to steep for 2 minutes. Can be enjoyed daily, best consumed during the day.
The rosebuds may be gently steeped in hot water and enjoyed all day.
