These mugwort bath sachets are wonderful! I love baths and as I live in Chicago, they tend to be the only thing that will help me warm up after a long cold day in the city. Mugwort is both warming and great for circulation (amongst a slew of other benefits). It's so nice to have a good quality product to help with this without wondering if the contents are real, quality herbs. So, thank you YINA, for giving me a safe product to use and for keeping me warm :)

When I slipped into my mugwort bath, Fantastic as bath or footbath! I was immediately enveloped by the plants magic. Everything melted. I was left with a sense of deep relaxation and peace. The perfect gift for friends and loved ones who might need a pick-me-up.

I love how adding this extra layer to my usual foot baths has helped me with overall relaxation. My TCM doc uses moxa on me for my periods so I figured this would be a nice complement for home wellness rituals

I want to get in the habit of taking baths several times a week and at least once a week I'll use mugwort! I have had my mom use it while taking baths as well and I want to continue sharing this with family and friends! This helps with lowering my stress.

Trigger warning - I had a miscarriage and while that was painful, it was a beautiful opportunity to finally take care of myself which I haven't been (working mom with a partner who travels for two weeks at a time while also taking care of older parents). I don't have the bandwidth to make an appointment to a spa but when I take a bath with this, it surely feels like that. And it's even more affordable than a spa! This has been so helpful with my healing journey, I can finally unwind and feel like I'm making efforts towards healing my nervous system.

I thought it was just a coincidence after the first use, but after a few uses, I noticed that I am definitely much more relaxed and sleep better.deeper after taking baths with this soak. I absolutely love using these mugwort baths as part of a larger treatment to soothe hormonal imbalances.

I have never taken a mugwort bath. I had done a detox and was broken out along my lymphatic track on a long my neck and chest. I'm not joking my first bath (I used two bags) my purging cleared up by 50%. The next bath I took 3 days later cleared it up even more and I felt better internally especially gastrointestinally. I am forever a mugwort bath taker from here on out. I love baths with clay, seaweed and salts. The bath ritual took my bath to another level. Thank you Yina!

Healing foot soak in lieu of bath soak

I absolutely love the fragrant smell, the way it smoothly glides on my skin, and the way it makes my face feel post cleanse. I've noticed that my skin is more clear these last few days, and at the same time, I see less oil around my t-zone.
