YINA Bath Ritual features 100% Japanese Mugwort grown in the pristine mountains of southern Japan. Our mugwort is cultivated by a seventh generation farmer using organic, no-till practices.
Full bath:
Draw your bath and place one bath pack in warm water. Squeeze the pack to disperse the aromatic botanicals. Soak and relax for 20 minutes.
Foot bath:
Steep a pack in a pot of hot water for 5 minutes. Pour infusion into your warm foot bath. Soak and relax for 20 minutes.
