We provide complimentary standard shipping & handling on domestic orders over $80.  For orders under $80 shipping costs will be calculated based on your location. 

YINA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped from our warehouse. 

WHAT IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY? 

* We provide complimentary standard international shipping for orders over $300.  

International shipping outside of the U.S. may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees, depending on the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees.  If the shipment is refused, the purchaser is responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise credit.

If you live in a country that is not listed in our shipping form please email us at concierge@yina.co to place an order. Please include in the email the items you would like to order and detailed shipping information. Shipping fees will be calculated based on your location. We will create a customized order-form for you.
