RETURN POLICY

At YINA we are genuinely committed to your satisfaction. We take great care to select the safest ingredients for our in-house formulations and craft our products with stringent quality control standards.

We will gladly replace or issue credit for any damaged, defective, or unused product within seven days after delivery, less costs of shipping; no full refunds will be granted. Due to the purity of the ingredients used, we cannot accept any opened items. Therefore, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

No returns or credits will be granted after the seven days of delivery and YINA cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior email communication.

Please note, due to the nature of raw ingredients, there may be slight variations between batches of products. While we try to create our products to fit a wide range of different skin profiles, everyone’s skin is unique. We offer petite sizes for purchase and we encourage you to contact us for recommendations.
