TREMELLA DESSERT
Try this classic Chinese medicine dessert soup to hydrate the skin from within. You can enjoy it warm or chilled for breakfast or post-meal dessert.
- 1 tremella
- 5g goji berries
- 2 jujubes
Soak the tremella overnight until it blooms into a jelly cloud. Trim it into smaller pieces and discard hard bits like center core. Remove the pit from the jujubes.
Place tremella and jujubes in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1-3 hours until desired softness. Add goji in at the end while the soup is still hot.
Optional to sweeten with honey. Serve warm or chilled. Enjoy!
