If you are sensitive to sleep aids, begin with 2 dropperfuls at bedtime and increase as needed. The maximum dosage is 3 dropperfuls at dinner + 3 dropperfuls at bedtime. We advise you take it nightly for a minimum two weeks to fortify and reestablish natural sleep cycles.
Suggested Use: Add 2 mL (about 3 droppers) to 1/4 cup warm water or take directly in the mouth. Drink 1-2 times nightly.
