- TCM practices to support your liver and breast health, including acupressure points, herbal and dietary recommendations, and movements to help you maintain balance and vitality throughout the spring season.
- Followed by a guided Gua Sha ritual and a Q&A session at the end of class.

- A body balm or oil
- A gua sha tool or ceramic spoon (if you have neither, your hands will work just fine, too)

Angela and Ervina are licensed TCM practitioners, acupuncturists, and herbalists. By the end of this masterclass, you will have a deeper understanding of TCM principles and practices related to Liver meridian and breast health. You will also have practical tools and techniques to support your body's natural renewal process during the spring season and beyond.
